About Me

My name is Lauren and I’m a Sex Therapist in my early 40’s.

I can be sexy, but I can also be a bit of a dork; a lot of people tell me that I’ve managed to hold onto my childlike wonder of the world.

Starting out in entertainment, I’ve worked in the sex industry for over twenty five years. I had many different roles before moving into sex education and therapy.

I recived my sexuality education from the Institute of Somatic Sexology Australia in 2014 and I'm also trained in many other different types of somatic therapy including: EMDR, EFT (tapping) and Embodied Counselling. I take a holistic approach and love blending all my areas of expertise together to find the combination that fits just right to help out my clients, whatever it is that they’re needing support with.

I’m well travelled and the proud owner of a mongrel North England/ Australian accent. 19 years ago I finally settled in Melbourne, Australia and now live with my little dog.
